Admin and Member

Your picture menu shows your role: Admin for company administrators, User for everyone else. Administrators manage people and settings for the company.

Permissions decide the menu

Each screen has permissions such as view, create and edit. A menu item appears only if your role has permission to view that screen. A button such as Post Invoice is available only if your role may do it.

Some modules also depend on your company’s plan. If your plan does not include a module, its menu items are hidden for everyone.

If something is missing

1. Check you are in the right branch (Companies and branches).
2. Ask your administrator to give your role the permission for that screen.
3. If the whole module is missing, your plan may not include it. Email support@getorlan.com to ask about adding it.

Never share your password to get access. Ask for access to be granted to your own account instead.
